Cy and Honey B Meet Again

September 15, 2021 by Kelsi

As Chad mentioned yesterday, it was a busy day and today was no different. Introductions continue, today we were able to have Cy and Honey B meet again! We can almost guarantee when we try to separate chimps to do introductions that Cy is the first to offer his help. While this is helpful, we also want Mave, Willy B, and Honey B to meet other individuals. However, it is important for everyone to establish strong relationships with each other, so meeting multiple times is good. So far Honey B is kicking butt at making friends! As you will see in the video, Cy and Honey B have a lot of fun together, it is rough play, but the both of them have a good time!

Do not forget to bid on our amazing auction items. If you haven’t looked at the art pieces yet, they will take your breath away! I personally have my eye on the Nutmeg watercolor. Join us on Saturday at 6pm for virtual HOOT!

Cy greeting us good morning in the Green House.

Lucky wrapped in a LOT of paper.

Thats a great photo of Lucky. She looks so relaxed, and is looking right into camera. Actually, she looks like she is listening to someone speaking to her

    Hi Kelsi,
That looks like the start of a great fun relationship; that smile on Honey B.’s face is fantastic.
I am so glad she gets the chance to contradict her label of troublemaker; look at the lovely energy she and Cy are in.
And I keep seeing the resemblance between Lucky and Honey B. : both a big fan of roling around in sheets of paper, with a similar look on their faces.

Rough-housing is such fun! Honey B looks tiny next to Ombré gray bottom Cy. It’s sweet Cy is first up for play dates with the three.

I noticed your desire Kelsi for the amazing Nutmeg painting, fingers crossed it hangs your wall by Sunday! Good luck.

It’s a treasure worth having. I wish she’d do another lilac pic….but I’m po for the next year, while I figure out a new budget…one more week!

It is heartening to see that Lucky shares her sister Beezie’s agility to build forts out of sheet paper. I will be curious to know if their sister Rayne is also adept at interior decorations which utilize Earth tones and recyclable, organic materials.
