I still remember, and experienced again with this relook, my amusement and euphoria watching Willy B find his courage to step out into the great unknown.

Hqppy New Year’s, Anna!
Hope Christmas was awesome!
My fav is Jamie race at sunset. I think that one started out as IG, right? I love seeing Jamie racing the gator, and that sky was too much to be believed.
Truth is, there are so many to love! Burrito and Foxie beat boxing was pretty cool, too.

Oh! And I was rewatching some (:P) and forgot Dr Goodall….I mean, a feather in your cap! Have to love that one, too!

Thank you, Anna. The videos were so much fun to watch again although I must admit I have rewatched Jody and The Great Pumpkin Heist many times since she pulled it off again. I look forward to watching new videos in 2021 and seeing some of the newest residents from CA. Thanks again for all the love and care you give each day.

These are all such great moments, how can we choose a favorite? I would have to say that my favorite memory of CSNW this past year is how you all banded together to make a confusing, and at times terrifying, situation work. As NASA engineers say “work the problem.” And you did, and all the chimps came through healthy, and the sanctuary is strong and expanding. You guys are my heroes.
I’m confident we can all follow Willy B’s lead into the unknown, and use this year as a lesson in resiliency for the future. Happy New Year everyone!

I am going to save these to watch over my cup of coffee on my first morning in 2021. Thanks Anna, I can see some favorites in the mix!
By the way, it is now 2021 here on the east coast, we made it. In about 2.5 hours you’ll be here with us. It’s beautiful on the other side! Hip Hip Hoo Ray!

Happy New Year everyone; let’s hope this year will bring hope and positive change to this suffering earth and all its inhabitants.
I must say Anna that one of my favorites is the “training” video of Foxi….and you running after her and sqirting at her and Foxi laughing and escaping…..
And my all time favorite is Mave eating a carrot…and Mave and the gost, but I am biased.

WONDERFUL MEMORIES. This was a great idea. Now if you would do a blog on the BEST PHOTOS of the year, my choices would be the one of Diana sitting on the floor next to anesthetized Buritto after his surgery, holding his hand and looking so worn out and worried. The other photo of my choice would be the one of JB sitting on the floor and on the other side of the glass, one of the chimps sitting up close. It looked as if they were sitting together. Happy New Year to all of your wonderful caretakers and thank you for all your hard work caring for all the animals. A job well done

Two of my favorite photos as well Elaine. And it was our beloved Jamie on the other side of the glass with J.B. For such a dark year, this sanctuary brings up only the best of memories I my mind (with the exception of all the clinic visits, but even those scary memories fortunately, with time, turned out positive.)

The “J Crew”

Your taste is impeccable, Anna. The last two are classics! Willy’s first step on Terra Firma, and the loudest and deepest laugh that I have ever heard from Burrito. There could be no doubt that the patient was healed and ready for release.
Amidst all of these great choices for your Top Ten list for MMXX (good riddance to that collection of days along with a certain federal employee), I would add the poignant video of March 27, where Jamie and J.B. are sitting aside each other. It is early in the pandemic, and J.B.’s eyes convey such trepidation at the days to follow. On the other side of the partition, a wise woman offers consolation, pressing her unmasked chin against the glass.
