A Good Lookout View

June 25, 2019 by Kelsi

The grass is so lush that sometimes it feels like we are playing I Spy. This morning, especially for Jody I could barely keep up. Jody was weaving in and out of the tall grass and bamboo bushes. When she finally emerged Jody had stuffed her face with so much prickly lettuce!

Bubba and Annie spent some quality time outside together:

Jamie and Foxie went on a perimeter walk together:

Foxie and her doll having a moment:

I love this photo of Jamie hidden behind the tall grass:

While our dear Jody stuffs her face full of prickly lettuce, at the moment I’m stuffing my own face with roasted carrots, broccoli & cabbage…& enjoying every single bite… : ). Now I’m wondering what roasted prickly lettuce would taste like…HeHe…

On a rainy winter morning in Oz I’ve feed the dogs, checked the garden and now I’m having my first and only coffee of the day and looking at these beautiful pictures. I’d love a set of their most beautiful photos! Nervous and excited about the new chimps, how will they mix with the others?

    “Bubba”. haha!
I was just thinking about him today…….we haven’t seen video since his procedure………just want to see if his toe-tapping is back up to speed, and see that twinkle again!

It is always fun to see what everyone is up to and how they choose to spend their days. I bet they feel pretty wild roaming through the tall grass. Thanks for all the pics, the two photos of Bubba climbing are my favorites — King of all he can see!

Reading all the fun posts is so invigorating. I laugh and smile through them all.
So nice to be able to give to the chimps who can now enjoy a happy life all together.
