Easter egg hunt

March 31, 2013 by Debbie

(Be sure to check out the earlier post with pictures of the party set-up).

Happy Easter! Today we had a big Easter egg hunt on the hill for the chimps. They seemed to really enjoy it. We kept the fun going and had another forage in the playroom, too! When you’re done looking at all the photos, watch the video at the end to see the chimps getting some Easter goodies.

Burrito with an Easter egg basket:

Jamie also liked this watering can, and Jody is here peering on:

Annie really liked a different watering can:

Exciting to see Negra out more and in her shelter! Since some of the chimps are faster and more dominant, do all the chimps manage to find stuff and hang on to it?

It seems like if we scatter enough things in enough space, Negra still gets a fair share. We tend to put more things closer to the raceway so that some folks like her that don’t venture as far will be sure to get plenty. 🙂

Looks like the CE7 had a blast celebrating Easter. Love Negra and her budda belly – would love to tickle it 🙂

HAPPY EASTER to the CE7 and staff.

Easter pics are the very first things I ever saw about the CE7, and ive been hooked ever since. They are SOOOO lucky to have found their way to such loving and caring people such as yourselves. Thanks for the selfless work you do and letting us be part of it!!

We pass by your place on our trips from Upper county to Ellensburg. Nice to know what’s happening. Looks they enjoyed their hunt.

Was that Annie in the picture or hooting?

Hi Benjamin – that was Annie in the frame of the video, and I can’t remember who it was that was hooting in the background 🙂
